Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to patients including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and use of adaptive equipment
- Support licensed nursing staff with clinical tasks under supervision
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments following infection control protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in shift handovers and care plan updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid Pennsylvania CNA certification or willingness to obtain through our paid training program
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment health screening
- Strong interpersonal skills and genuine compassion for others
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
