Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and patient repositioning
- Support activities of daily living (ADLs) for elderly and disabled patients
- Collaborate with RNs and medical staff to ensure patient safety
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Transport patients safely within facility
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior CNA experience necessary – we provide training!
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds
- Compassionate attitude toward elderly/disabled patients
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
