Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration)
- Assist with patient feeding and nutrition as directed
- Document patient observations and care activities accurately
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Support licensed nurses with clinical procedures
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current New Mexico CNA certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- No prior experience necessary - we provide full training
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
