Responsibilities
- Delight patients with compassionate personal care (bathing, feeding, mobility assistance)
- Accurately document patient vitals and care notes using our digital health platform
- Collaborate with nurses via telehealth systems for remote patient monitoring
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Support patient education and emotional well-being initiatives
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning sessions (remote & in-person)
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide full paid training!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Oregon CNA certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Basic computer literacy for telehealth platforms
- Valid CPR certification (provided during training)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper techniques
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
