Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) to elderly and disabled patients
- Monitor vital signs and document patient status changes accurately
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and therapeutic exercises
- Support daily living activities and maintain patient hygiene standards
- Collaborate with RNs and medical staff to implement care plans
- Administer medications under supervision per facility protocols
Qualifications
- Current Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care or acute care setting
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
