Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor and document vital signs, health status, and patient concerns
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper techniques
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision per state regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain clean, safe environments following infection control protocols
- Support emotional well-being through meaningful resident interactions
Qualifications
- Current Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year long-term care or senior living experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
