Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor and document vital signs and resident observations
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning techniques
- Support nutritional needs during meal service
- Maintain clean, safe resident environments
- Collaborate with nursing staff on care plans
- Respond promptly to resident call systems and needs
Qualifications
- Current AZ CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months recent long-term care experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Clear criminal background check and negative TB test
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
