Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient intake/output, and behavior changes
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Support residents with meal preparation and feeding
- Maintain clean, safe environments following infection control protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to create personalized care plans
Qualifications
- Active Colorado CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
