Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care by assisting with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and mobility.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff immediately.
- Assist with feeding and hydration to ensure patients maintain proper nutrition and fluid intake.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with facility protocols.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families during their stay.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- Current and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or long-term care setting preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with patients and families.
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
