Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor and document vital signs, health observations, and resident activities
- Assist with meal service and ensure nutritional needs are met
- Support medication administration under RN supervision
- Maintain clean, safe resident environments and assist with light housekeeping
- Transport residents to appointments and community activities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop personalized care plans
Qualifications
- Current Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year long-term care or assisted living experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record documentation
- Background check and negative TB test required
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
