Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient condition changes accurately
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and rehabilitation exercises
- Collaborate with nursing teams to implement individualized care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-free environment
- Support emotional well-being through patient interaction and activity engagement
Qualifications
- Active Nevada CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent clinical experience in long-term care or acute settings
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
