Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient intake/output, and condition changes
- Assist with medication administration under nursing supervision
- Perform wound care and infection control procedures
- Facilitate patient activities and social engagement programs
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Respond promptly to patient call systems and emergencies
Qualifications
- Active Ohio CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of acute care or long-term experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency for EHR documentation
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
