Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with meal service and ensure proper nutrition
- Document patient observations accurately in electronic health records
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Clear criminal background check and TB test
- Compassionate approach with strong communication skills
