Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming) to residents
  • Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and behavioral changes
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and therapeutic exercises
  • Administer medications and treatments under RN supervision
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to develop individualized care plans
  • Maintain clean, safe resident environments and infection control protocols
  • Respond promptly to resident call lights and emergency situations

Qualifications
