Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including ADLs, mobility assistance, and vital sign monitoring
- Collaborate with RNs to implement care plans
- Document patient observations in EMR systems
- Coordinate telehealth appointments and remote patient follow-ups
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Assist with patient admission/discharge processes
- Support families through compassionate communication
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficiency with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Clear background check and drug screen
- Basic computer skills for remote tasks
