Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist patients with mobility and transfer using proper techniques
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient condition changes
- Support daily living activities and meal preparation
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement care plans
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate record-keeping
Qualifications
- Active Georgia CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass criminal background check and drug screen
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends
