Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Accurate vital sign monitoring and documentation in EHR systems
- Transportation assistance for medical appointments and therapy sessions
- Mobility support and fall prevention protocol implementation
- Comprehensive resident observation and condition reporting
- Collaboration with nursing staff for coordinated care plans
- Emergency response training and situation management
Qualifications
- Active Florida CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent long-term care experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper techniques
