Responsibilities
- Provide daily assistance with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to prevent falls
- Document care accurately and maintain resident confidentiality
- Support meal services and ensure dietary requirements are met
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize resident outcomes
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months of long-term care experience preferred
- Valid CPR certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with proper technique
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
