Responsibilities

  • Provide direct, compassionate care to residents, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, respiration, temperature) accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and assistive devices.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and care plans.
  • Document patient care activities, changes in condition, and responses to treatment in electronic health records.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic care.

Qualifications
