Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Provide mobility assistance and position residents comfortably
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary
- Transport residents to medical appointments and social activities
- Maintain clean and sanitized resident environments
- Collaborate with nursing staff on care plans and resident needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Active Georgia CNA certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (training provided)
- Compassionate nature with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Background check and drug screen required
