Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate bedside care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient changes accurately in EMR systems
- Assist with mobility transfers and use of adaptive equipment safely
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams on patient plans
- Respond promptly to call lights and emergency situations
- Maintain clean, organized patient environments and supply inventory
- Support end-of-life care with dignity and respect
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year long-term care or hospital experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work rotating nights (7pm-7am)
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
