Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop individualized care plans
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergency situations
- Support family communication and care coordination
Qualifications
- Active Washington State CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care or senior living experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (7pm-7am)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation
