Responsibilities
- Provide daily living assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions
- Assist with medication administration under RN supervision
- Transport patients safely between facilities and activities
- Maintain clean and organized resident environments
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop care plans
- Provide emotional support to patients and families
Qualifications
- Current Oregon CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months of clinical experience preferred
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Pass background check and drug screening
