Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient observations accurately
- Support meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed
- Maintain clean, sanitized environments following infection control protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Assist with patient transportation and appointment coordination
- Report any changes in patient condition promptly to nursing staff
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois CNA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
