Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff promptly
- Assist residents with mobility transfers and use of adaptive equipment
- Document care activities accurately in resident electronic health records
- Support dining services by helping residents with meals and hydration
- Engage residents in recreational activities and social programs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Qualifications
- Current Wisconsin CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year long-term care or assisted living experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation
