As a CNA at Boston Prime, you will be the vital link between our patients and the nursing staff. You will ensure our residents and patients receive the respect, dignity, and medical attention they deserve every single day.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse) accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist the nursing staff with treatments, exercises, and activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Ensure patient safety by following infection control protocols and fall prevention measures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable patient environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
Qualifications
- Current and active CNA license issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Physical stamina to lift and move patients and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a long-term care or hospital setting is preferred.
