Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting) overnight
- Monitor and document vital signs and resident conditions
- Assist with mobility transfers and positioning
- Administer medications accurately per physician orders
- Respond promptly to resident calls and emergencies
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Collaborate with nursing staff during shift changes
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care/long-term experience
- BLS/CPR certification (AHA preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking
- Pass background check and drug screening
