Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term AI vision for Nexus Horizon, specifically targeting breakthrough capabilities for the year 2026.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance AI systems that integrate seamlessly with legacy infrastructures while pushing the boundaries of modern tech.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a world-class team of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and AI Researchers.
- Innovation Management: Identify emerging trends in AI (e.g., Large Language Models, Computer Vision) and evaluate their potential for implementation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into business value for C-suite executives and product stakeholders.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI deployments adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy laws (GDPR/CCPA), and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a leadership role designing AI or Machine Learning systems.
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining technical roadmaps and driving innovation in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve high-complexity engineering challenges with elegant, scalable solutions.
