Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for the 2026 era, aligning emerging tech trends with business objectives.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development initiatives in Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Next-Gen Web Interfaces.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to C-level executives and investors to secure funding and buy-in.
- Ethical Governance: Establish frameworks for ethical AI usage and data privacy to ensure sustainable and responsible growth.
- Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with key tech innovators, startups, and academic institutions.
- Legacy Modernization: Lead the transition of legacy systems into modern, scalable cloud architectures.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive or strategic role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Vision: Demonstrated ability to identify emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Blockchain, AR/VR) and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams through periods of rapid change and innovation.
