We are seeking a visionary Chief of Future Systems to architect the next generation of intelligent infrastructure. In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical breakthroughs and scalable engineering solutions, ensuring our platforms remain resilient and ahead of the curve in an increasingly autonomous world.
Your mission is to lead the integration of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) with quantum computing protocols, securing our clients' data while unlocking unprecedented computational power.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Infrastructure: Design and oversee the deployment of distributed systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data flows with zero-latency quantum encryption.
- Lead AGI Development: Guide the engineering teams in building self-learning algorithms that adapt to user behavior without human intervention.
- Quantum Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for integrating quantum processors into our cloud ecosystem by Q4 2026.
- Security by Design: Implement advanced cybersecurity frameworks that anticipate and neutralize threats in the post-silicon era.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and legal experts to ensure ethical AI deployment.
- R&D Strategy: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing) and assess their viability for immediate integration.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI and Quantum Mechanics.
- Leadership Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership roles, preferably within a high-growth tech environment.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in machine learning architectures, neural networks, and quantum computing principles (Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing scalable, fault-tolerant systems for mission-critical applications.
- Future-Forward Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
