Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology strategy for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, high-performance software solutions.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
- Drive innovation in emerging technologies, including AI, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing.
- Build and mentor a world-class engineering team focused on excellence and growth.
- Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (CTO/VP Engineering).
- Proven track record of scaling technology infrastructure for high-growth companies.
- Expert knowledge of modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust) and cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of data science, machine learning, and AI integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term planning and execution.
- Experience in navigating regulatory and security compliance standards.
