In this pivotal role, you will architect the technological foundation that will define our success for the next three years and beyond. You will work closely with the executive team to align technology initiatives with business goals, driving innovation in a rapidly evolving digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical vision with long-term business objectives.
- Lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and technical excellence.
- Oversee R&D initiatives focused on emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Sustainable Computing.
- Drive architectural decisions to ensure scalability, security, and performance across all product lines.
- Manage the technology budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Establish key partnerships with external tech vendors and academic institutions to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior technology leadership roles, including at least 3 years in a C-suite or VP of Engineering capacity.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering strategic technology roadmaps for the future (e.g., 2025-2026).
- Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and enterprise software development.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics integration.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for stakeholders.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and navigating complex organizational changes.
