Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Assist patients with mobility issues and transfers to and from beds or chairs.
- Prepare patients for medical examinations and treatments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Follow infection control protocols and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- CNA Certification (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe).
- Basic computer literacy and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
