Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
- Document patient care accurately and maintain confidential medical records
- Support daily living activities while respecting patient dignity and independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal care plans
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
Qualifications
- Current Colorado CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent CNA experience in acute care or long-term setting
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks
- Strong communication skills and empathy for elderly patients
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic
