Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility transfers and use of adaptive equipmentMaintain accurate patient documentation and care records
- Support activities of daily living in a dignified manner
- Collaborate with healthcare team members for coordinated care
Qualifications
- Active KY CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
