Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Document care accurately and timely in electronic health records
- Support mealtime and nutritional needs
- Assist with incontinence care and toileting
- Maintain a clean, safe resident environment
Qualifications
- Active Minnesota CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
