Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient observations, and care activities
- Assist with mobility transfers and ensure patient safety
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
- Report any changes in patient condition to licensed staff
- Support patients with emotional and social needs
Qualifications
- Active Missouri CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience in a clinical setting
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Clean background check and drug screening required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for facility travel)
