Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition/hydration
- Support medical staff during treatments and procedures
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments and equipment
- Transport patients safely within healthcare facilities
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Qualifications
- Active North CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent CNA experience in clinical setting
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong physical stamina for lifting/transferring patients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation
