Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in a residential setting.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Document patient care plans and report any changes in condition to the nursing staff immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for residents.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current CNA certification (or willingness to obtain through our paid training program).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Physical stamina to perform standing, lifting, and bending.
