Responsibilities
- Provide personalized patient care, including bathing, dressing, mobility assistance, and medication reminders
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient behavior, and care activities using EHR systems
- Assist with therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation protocols under nurse supervision
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control protocols

Qualifications
- Active Virginia CNA certification in good standing
