This is an on-site position with remote application/interview process. All shifts require physical stamina and direct patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding support
- Document patient observations accurately in electronic health records
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments
- Transport patients for medical procedures safely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- Active Nebraska CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
