Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and restorative care activities
- Document care accurately and maintain resident confidentiality
- Support social and recreational activities to enhance residents' quality of life
- Collaborate with healthcare team to create personalized care plans
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide paid training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid CNA certification or willingness to obtain through our program
- Ability to pass background check and health screening
- Compassionate nature with patience for elderly care
