Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs with precision and attention
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding support as needed
- Transport patients safely between departments and appointments
- Maintain clean, sanitized patient environments following protocols
- Document care activities accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
- Active Texas CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months recent clinical experience preferred
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Pass background check and drug screening
