Responsibilities
- Delicate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Accurate vital signs monitoring and documentation for patient records
- Assistance with therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation protocols
- Collaborative mealtime support and dietary preference implementation
- Timely medication administration under nursing supervision
- Emotional support and companionship for patients and families
- Strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience
- BLS/CPR certification from accredited provider
- Exceptional communication and empathy skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Availability for flexible day/evening/weekend shifts
- Clear criminal background check and negative TB test
