Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations using our remote-friendly digital system
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare teams via telehealth platforms for care coordination
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for patients and staff
- Respond promptly to patient call systems and emergency situations
- Support emotional well-being through companionship and active listening
Qualifications
- Active Nebraska CNA certification and state license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of acute care or long-term experience
- Proficient in EHR documentation with remote access capabilities
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills with telehealth proficiency
- Flexibility to work alternating weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
