Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature accurately.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) to ensure patient comfort and dignity.
- Communicate changes in patient condition to the nursing staff and physicians promptly.
- Document patient care activities accurately and in compliance with facility policies.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for all residents and patients.
Qualifications
- Current and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of California.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required for top candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move patients as necessary (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy for charting and documentation.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (optional, for on-call duties).
