Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance to patients including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and care activities
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
- Support nurses with clinical tasks such as wound care and medication reminders
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Adhere to all infection control protocols and HIPAA regulations
Qualifications
- Active Maryland CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of acute care or long-term experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Reliable transportation to various facility locations
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening
