Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document resident health status accurately
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and therapeutic exercises
- Administer medications under proper supervision protocols
- Support meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed
- Maintain clean, safe resident environments and equipment
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop care plans
Qualifications
- Current Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care setting
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
