Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
- Support patients with mobility issues by transferring them safely to beds or wheelchairs.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients.
- Assist with feeding patients and ensuring proper hydration and nutrition.
- Document patient care activities and any changes in condition accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Candidates must be willing to obtain CNA certification or state license (training provided).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Compassionate attitude and a desire to help others.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
