Responsibilities
- Provide direct personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse rates.
- Assist patients with mobility issues, including ambulation and transfer procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and care plans.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for all patients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license valid in the State of California required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or long-term care setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
